- Skip Hire: Where do you Deliver to?
Our online booking system allows deliveries to SN14, SN15, SN16, GL7 and GL8 postal areas. If you are not in one of these areas please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a delivery to you.
- Skip Hire: Do I Need an On-Road Permit?
If you need your skip to be parked on the roadside then by law a permit is required. However, you don’t need to organise one as we will do it on your behalf.
- Skip Hire: What’s Hardcore, Soil & Stone and General Waste?
There are three main categories of waste that we collect and you need to tell us which one you will be filling your skip with.
Hardcore is waste such as building blocks, bricks and rubble.
Soil & Stone includes hardcore but you can also put soil in the skip.
General Waste is the term given to anything that’s not included in the other two options with the exception of hazardous waste. The sort of waste generated by renovation work, garden or attic clearance would come under this category.
